Intervalve's GKL series valves are designed to meet the demanding requirements of the general utility valve market with the HVAC segment in particular. IVGKL is a truly fit & forget valve, which requires minimal maintenance.

The body liner which also functions as the soft seat, comes in an integrally molded (bonded) version and offers 100% bi-directional sealing. The wafer style body has universal design to fit between pipe flanges of almost all popular flange standards.

The Ultimate in Corrosion resistant butterfly Valves

Intervalve's PTFE lined Butterfly valve model IVTFE provides an optimum solution to the corrosion problems encountered by the chemical process industries with conventional Butterfly valves. The PTFE seat liner covers the entire wetted surface of the body and extends on to the flange contact faces, thus eliminating possibility of any media contact with the body metal.

The circularly moulded full back up elastomer and live loaded disc shoulder sealing ensures bubble tight closing of the Valve with zero shaft leakage. The valve is adaptable for ON / OFF as well as control duty and can be fitted with actuators and accessories as required to meet the specific duty conditions.

High Performance butterfly Valves

The ultimate in high performance Butterfly valves, IV's IVEX - series incorporates the 'state of the art' valve technology to out perform the competition. The double offset disc design nearly eliminates the seating wear due to the camming action of the disc during closing. The mechanical stopper provided on the valve body ensures precise valve closing every time to ensure specified seat tightness. The disc has a spherical profile and comes out of contact with seat in the initial opening itself.

The valve is available with 3 distinctly different seat design versions, viz. Soft seated, Fire safe and Metal to Metal seated with wafer or wafer lugged body option.

Seatless butterfly Damper

The IVR model Butterfly dampers, offered by Intervalve are essentially seatless Butterfly valves intended for low pressure gas lines and air lines. The lightweight construction with the narrow wafer body enables easy fitment of these valves in ducts, manifolds and exhaust lines without additional support or strengthening of pipe lines.

IVR valves are primarily intended for low-pressure large volume gas / air flow control applications. The absence of seat substantially reduces the valve operating torque requirements and makes the valve very effective for flow control / regulation duties. IVR is an ideal choice for furnace air flow and combustion control applications.

Double Flanged Centric disc Rubber lined butterfly valves

The most sought after design by desalination plants and utility installations, IVDF represents the state of the art rubber lined Flanged double valve, meeting all the user industry requirements.

The double flanged body pattern ensures precise installation in pipeline, and can be used as an end to the line valve if required. The unique feature of this valve, is its adaptability for lined pipes, due to negligible disc protrusion beyond the body laying length. The universal square top shaft on valves upto DN200, enables easy change over from hand lever operation to actuated operation when required.

Double Flanged valves

Intervalve DXR double flanged range of valves are double eccentric design butterfly valves. These are available in cast as well as fully fabricated design. The face to face dimensions can be either as per BS-EN (Series BC & BF) or as AWWA (Series AC & AF).

These valves incorporate a double offset disc design, which practically eliminates any seat wear. The fully replaceable seat provided on the disc periphery is field replaceable and is capable of achieving bi-directional sealing. The rubber seat seals against a Stainless Steel seat ring integrally welded with the body.

Wafer Type swing check valve

Intervalve check valve models IVC and IVCT are primarily single plate swing check valve with a short pattern wafer body conforming to the API6D and ASME B16.10 face to face dimensions. The valve has a simple but reliable and robust construction. The low inertia disc design enables the valve to open or close with a very low differential pressure which make them ideal for services operating under low differential pressures.

The valve is ideal for pump discharge duties. The eccentric mounted hinge pin in combination with the disc seat guarantees a positive shut off of the returning media.

Dual plate swing check valve

The IVDPCV is a spring loaded Dual Plate check valve uniquely designed for applications. The constructional feature makes the valve much smaller in size, lighter in weight & makes it much feasible in operation as compared to conventional swing check valve.

IVDPCV valve employs dual spring loaded plates / disc hinged on a central hinge pin. It operates on the differential pressure between fluid flow pressure & spring torsion pressure. As the flow pressure reduces, the plates tends to close with a cushion effect by spring torsion force thereby restricting the reversal of fluid flow.

Butt Weld Floating design

The 3-piece design is available for various schedule pipes. This type of construction is of swing-out design and easy inline maintenance. By removing body bolts & nuts the complete valve may be lifted out of the line or swing-out by keeping one bolt. The valve can easily swing out of the line providing complete entry and fast disassembly or maintenance. The swing away feature also maintains pipe alignment during inline maintenance. The 3-piece design offers the function of both valve as well as a union. It can be used in screw pipe ends, socket weld pipe ends, butt weld ends, extended butt weld pipe ends. These ball valves can be easily used for automation by using pneumatic and electric actuators.

Floating ball valve offers effective bi-directional sealing. Trunion mounted design offers precise locational accuracy for the ball within the upstream and downstream seat, which ensures leak tight sealing with lower operative torques. The sealing takes place by allowing the seats to move towards the ball. This design ball valves can hold very high pressures.

sw ends special service ball valves for cryo Application

These ball valves meet test specifications as per BS 6364. Applications such as deep freezing and cooling involve cryogenic technology based on nitrogen, oxygen and other gases. A special type of PTFE grade ensures excellent mechanical resistance and stable torques at low temperatures. The cryogenic stem extension is provided. It is manufactured as a one piece item with the stem for increased mechanical strength. This positions stem and stem packing away from cryogenic fluid to prevent stem seal freeze up and ensures superior performance. These ball valves can be provided with Integral mounting pad ISO 5211 and can be used for actuation.

Pneumatic Actuators

EL-O-Matic Pneumatic actuators are powerful and compact double rack and pinion units for use with ball, butterfly and plug valves and any device requiring accurate and dependable quarter turn rotary motion.

The use of high grade steel and aluminum components together with EL-O-Matic's patended 3 point piston support provides a tough reliable unit for the automation of today's high performance industrial valves. Modern synthetic bearings ensure no metallic contact between moving components.

Electric Actuators

EL actuators use worm and worm-wheel reduction gearing to provide tight positioning control and the self locking feature necessary for controlling larger valves, particularly butterfly types.

The housing is of aluminium castings, it contains the drive motor and worm gear assembly, together with the anti-condensation heater and main terminal strip.
